The Dust Off Your Dreams Retreat Includes:
Luxurious double-occupancy accommodations Friday evening through Sunday noon at the breathtaking Wildcatter Ranch Resort and Spa (We're hoping for bluebonnets!)
All meals and snacks (alcohol not included, but it is available!) If you have any special dietary requests, please let us know when you register and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
All programs, activities and entertainment (Additional ranch activities such as trail rides and spa services are available directly through the Wildcatter Ranch. Please call 888-462-9277 to make your reservation.)

Pilot program cost*: $999.00 per person; $699.00 per person when you sign up with a friend.
*Please note that this is a special, rock bottom rate for the Dust Off Your Dreams pilot program. We expect to offer this weekend experience 2-3 times per year, and upon official launch, this price will increase significantly. As a special thank you for your feedback and input, our pilot program participants will always be welcome to return at the above pricing.
Tentative Schedule of Activities:
Arrive Friday evening at 5:00 pm (early check in available for those who wish to add on services or activities earlier in the day) for meet and greet, dinner and opening presentations followed by informal discussion and overview of what to expect of the weekend's activities.
After breakfast, we'll divide into four groups and rotate through four 1.5-hour sessions (two morning, two afternoon) with a lunch and relaxation break in between.
*Self-awareness explorations with horses, conducted by Kathy Taylor and Julie Mastin, LPC of HerdWise, LLC
*Journaling/Meditation exercises, conducted by The Rev. Linda McDermott, FUMC Fort Worth
*Body awareness and core stability and balancing exercises, conducted by Cassandra Thompson, ABSolute Pilates
*Cultivating Calm Courage, conducted by Denise Barrows, Practical Equine Solutions
Dinner with music by Elizabeth Wills
Campfire and S'mores (weather and burn ban permitting) with informal discussion
Breakfast and feed the longhorns, morning meditation and journaling exercises; panel discussion with Q&A for presenters; open mike to share experiences. Then we'll take a group photo and wrap it all up with a guided meditation and centering prayer — then it's back to the real world with new action plan for those favorite old dreams.
